Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – 28 January 2026 – Golden Gate BCE VN Joint Stock Company (“Golden Gate BCE”) and Green Transition Training and Consulting Co., Ltd (“Green Transition”) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking a strategic step to accelerate ESG adoption and support practical green transition solutions for enterprises and organizations in Vietnam.
The MOU reflects a shared commitment to combine each party’s strengths to expand market access, enhance service quality, and deliver integrated support across sustainability, ESG governance, and responsible value chain development. The collaboration also leverages GT: Hub—a community of ESG service providers administered by Green Transition—to connect businesses with relevant expertise and implementation capacity.

Key areas of cooperation
Under the MOU, Golden Gate BCE will contribute expertise in:

R&D and consulting for sustainable agricultural production, post-harvest management, and product marketing;

Supporting compliance with high product quality and safety standards;

Supplier due diligence to facilitate access to global agriculture, food processing, and retail value chains; and

Digital transformation consulting to improve operational efficiency, traceability, and supply chain transparency.
Green Transition will provide support through:

ESG consulting services, including ESG strategy integration, risk management, crisis communications, ESG marketing, and CSR/CSV programs;

ESG reporting aligned with international standards and local regulations;

Recommendations on advisory and implementation solutions through GT: Hub; and
-
Coordination and lead consulting support for ESG strategy, reporting, and governance topics within the GT: Hub ecosystem.

Strengthening connectivity and long-term impact
