Representatives of Golden Gate BCE, including Mr. Nguyen Trung Hieu (Operational Director) and Ms. Hoang Le Phuong Thao (Operational Manager), recently participated in the workshop “Sustainability Reporting under ISSB Standards: What Should Businesses Prepare?” hosted by PwC Vietnam on 10 December in Ho Chi Minh City.
The workshop gathered business leaders and sustainability professionals to discuss the growing importance of sustainability-related financial disclosures in line with the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) framework, which has been adopted by nearly 40 countries worldwide.
During the event, PwC’s ESG experts shared an overview of the ISSB Standards, highlighting their structure, key disclosure requirements, and practical considerations for implementation. The session also featured real-world examples and a proposed roadmap to support businesses in developing high-quality, transparent, and ISSB-aligned sustainability reports.
Golden Gate BCE’s participation in the workshop reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to strengthening transparency, enhancing ESG risk management, and aligning its sustainability reporting with international standards. Insights gained from the event will support Golden Gate BCE’s efforts to create long-term value and respond effectively to the evolving expectations of stakeholders in an increasingly sustainable and globally integrated financial environment.
